General Election Ballot Drop Box at Herriman City Hall

The 2026 General Election is Tuesday, November 3, and Herriman residents have several options for casting their ballots. The election is administered by Salt Lake County, with voting available by mail, at official ballot drop boxes, and in person at designated voting locations.

Herriman City Hall is an official ballot drop-off location, allowing residents to conveniently return their completed ballots. The ballot drop box is located at 5355 W. Herriman Main Street. Ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, to be counted.

Residents can also choose from several other voting options:

• Ballot drop boxes: Return your completed ballot to any official Salt Lake County ballot drop box before the Election Day deadline.
• Vote by mail: Return your ballot through the U.S. Postal Service, allowing sufficient time for it to arrive before the deadline.
• Early in-person voting: Cast your ballot at a designated Salt Lake County early voting location before Election Day.
• Election Day voting: Visit an official Salt Lake County Vote Center on November 3 to cast your ballot in person.

Residents are encouraged to verify their voter registration information, review their ballot, and become familiar with available voting locations before Election Day. Eligible residents who have not registered may also be able to register and vote in person at a designated Vote Center.
