Secondary Water Shutting Down
Secondary Water Service Winding Down for the Season
Herriman’s secondary water system is beginning its seasonal shutdown. Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District has already discontinued service to the Blackridge area, and residents in other parts of the city should expect secondary water pressure to gradually decrease over the coming days as the system is taken offline for the season.
Because the shutdown process happens in stages, exact timing may vary by area. Some residents may notice reduced pressure before service stops completely. Residents who rely on secondary water for irrigation are encouraged to plan accordingly and finish any remaining seasonal watering needs as soon as possible.
The City appreciates residents’ patience as the secondary water system is shut down for the year.
